Kevin G. Christenson

Founder and Managing Principal

Kevin Christenson, founder and managing principal, is responsible for Christenson Advisory Services’ global growth across its multiple service lines. He primarily manages the firm’s global compensation consulting activities, and is active in developing new relationships/business across the CA group of companies. Kevin has been involved in more than 1,000 consulting projects throughout his career involving CA’s current service lines.

Kevin has more than 20 years of consulting experience within the global real estate industry. Prior to founding Christenson Advisory Services and CA Funds Group, he was chief executive officer of the global compensation consulting practice of FPL Advisory Group, a global real estate advisory firm, where he led and grew the practice until his 2008 departure. During his 12 years at FPL, Kevin advised clients through multiple roles—serving as vice president, director, senior director, managing director and senior managing director across the firm’s multiple consulting divisions. Prior to FPL, Kevin served as director of VSC Worldwide, Hong Kong, and was responsible for completing the firm’s due diligence on real estate related projects in the People’s Republic of China. Early in his career, Kevin was an associate with KPMG, Los Angeles, primarily working on the firm’s real estate and oil and gas clients.

Kevin earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in taxation, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
