Davis’ mission at Christenson Advisors (CA) is to lead the survey department by providing best-in-class survey design and implementation for public and private real estate companies.
Davis manages the CA’s survey department and proprietary database, conducting research on compensation levels and program design, benefits design and administration, corporate governance, industry hiring trends and organization assessments throughout the global real estate industry.
Additionally, Davis assists on CA’s compensation consulting team. The team is responsible for conducting competitive benchmarking analyses, developing company, group and individual compensation recommendations, determining salary ranges, and analyzing and modelling current and future compensation and financial scenarios among other services.
Davis received a Bachelor in Finance, International Business and Sustainable Business from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
