Davis leads Christenson Advisors’ (CA) survey department in addition to managing its proprietary database, providing best-in-class survey design and implementation for public and private real estate companies.
Davis is responsible for conducting research on compensation levels and program design, benefits design and administration, corporate governance, industry hiring trends and organization assessments throughout the global real estate industry. He also heads the administration of CA’s industry leading, self-branded Real Estate Compensation Survey as well its Seniors Housing Executive Compensation Survey and Healthcare Real Estate Compensation Survey, in collaboration with the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), respectively.
Additionally, Davis assists on CA’s compensation consulting team. The team is responsible for conducting competitive benchmarking analyses, developing company, group and individual compensation recommendations, determining salary ranges, and analyzing and modelling current and future compensation and financial scenarios among other services.
Davis received a Bachelor in Finance, International Business and Sustainable Business from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. Here he was active within the real estate sector, leading a team to develop real estate data collection and visualization protocols for the Association of Redevelopment Initiatives (ARI), a Chicago based non-profit.
