OUR PROCESS

Step One:   Client Search Assessment

We set out to completely understand not just the needs you have in a new member for your organization, but your vision, strategy, history, and culture that is at the heart of your business.

Step Two:    Candidate Profile and Action Plan Development

This is where we establish and set the course of action for the recruitment process. We take all that we learned in the search-assessment phase and create the candidate position description, confirm your timing and search parameters and present a custom-tailored research and recruitment action plan.

Step Three:   Candidate Identification and Attraction

Armed with a thorough understanding of the requirements, a compelling story and accurate job description, we draw upon our relationships and customized research capabilities to promptly identify and present best-in-class candidates, conduct in-person candidate screening interviews and coordinate client interviews and evaluations of final candidates. We keep you updated throughout the process and consult with you to reevaluate and refine the target candidate profile, search strategy, and employment terms as necessary to ensure we find the best possible candidates.

Step Four:    Due Diligence and Acquisition

We aim to secure a hire that accomplishes both client and candidate objectives. When your candidate of choice is identified, we conduct additional reference checks and collaborate with you to formulate and ultimately present employment and offer terms to ensure a successful close. Once your candidate accepts your offer, we’ll continue to work with you and the hire to facilitate a smooth transition into the role.
